1. The iLokal service

iLokal is a local community membership platform. An iLokal membership costs RM10 per year and gives an active member access to offers and discounts made available by participating local businesses during the membership period.

2. Membership

• Membership is personal to the registered member and is valid for 12 months after activation.
• Offers may have their own availability, limits, dates, and conditions.
• Members must provide accurate account information and keep their sign-in details secure.
• iLokal may suspend access where there is misuse, fraud, or a material breach of these terms.

3. Participating businesses

Merchant participation in iLokal is free. iLokal promotes access to participating-business offers but does not sell, supply, fulfil, warrant, or take payment for a merchant's products or services. Any purchase is made directly between the member and the participating business and is subject to that business's own sale terms.

4. Fees, cancellation, and refunds

The RM10 payment is for the annual iLokal membership. Membership cancellation and refund handling are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds for purchases made directly with participating businesses must be requested from the relevant business.
